We have several applications working under Windows XP package allowing the supervision of the gateway. Like the gateways, different monitoring softwares are available to supervise the analogue and ISDN BRI Mono, Duo, Trio, Quatro, Sexto gateways or analogue and ISDN BRI multichannels gateways. Please see below :
* Mono supervision :
This software can monitor the analogue or ISDN BRI Mono, Duo, Trio, Quatro or Sexto gateway. It works in a local way through a RS232 connection between the computer and the gateway.
This software shows the status of the gateway, allows its management (different functionalities) and studies the surrounding cellular network activity (RSSI level).

* Multichannel supervision:
This software can monitor the analogue or ISDN BRI multichannel gateway through the CPG card (supervision card). It works either locally (through a RS232 connection) or remotely (through IP network) between the computer and the gateway.
This software monitors the whole gateway as well as each channel available on the gateway. Checking each channel status, managing them individually and studying the surrounding cellular network activity (RSSI level) through a particular channel are possible.

* Call log software:
This software allows the transfer of the communications history saved on the SD card via the CPG card. It works both locally (RS232 connection) or remotely (IP). It even handles several gateways working on different remote sites.
Regular downloading of the communications history is also possible. The communication history can be seen either with the software or can be downloaded as an EXCEL file.

* FlashPasserelle software:
This software allows the ‘flash’ of the TALCO card’s firmware (Analogue, ISDN BRI gateway and CPG)
